As a Season Ticket Holder, you can make sure every seat in the stadium is full for every match to push the team on - whether you can make them all or not.
If you can't make a Premier League game, listing your seat on the Ticket Exchange gives a fellow Hammer a chance to see the team in action, ensures we've got a full house, and earns you Club Cash you can use against future renewals.
Every Premier League game has sold out this season and thousands of fans are on the Waiting List for Season Tickets. Therefore, if your Season Ticket seat is consistently empty, out of consideration for your fellow Hammers you may be required to relinquish your Season Ticket (see terms and conditions for more details).
After the Season Ticket renewal deadline, any available seats will be offered to supporters on the Season Ticket Waiting List.
You can pay for your Season Ticket in instalments over the course of four or ten months.
Renew by Friday 12 April to be eligible for a relocation. Priority will be given based on when you renew. Supporters will be contacted at the beginning of June with relocation information
If applying for an accessible Season Ticket, you are required to provide proof of disability. Evidence can be provided in the form of DLA or PIP at the higher or enhanced rate. We also accept a copy of a CVI. All evidence needs to be dated 2024.

All Season Ticket Holders will be enrolled onto the Home Cup Scheme when renewing your Season Ticket. This will then provide an opportunity to secure Cup tickets during a specific window, whereupon two loyalty points will be added provided bookings are made within the stated dates for each fixture. This replaces the previous scheme, where payment for tickets would be taken automatically.
Season Ticket Holders who are potentially displaced for some fixtures will also be provided with an opportunity to secure tickets at a slightly later date, but will still be eligible for the two loyalty points.
