2013/14 Season Tickets FAQ’s
I haven't received any communications from the Club with regards to Season Tickets, why?
The Club will be sending Season Ticket information in the post to all existing Season Ticket Holders for whom we have a valid address. The Club will also email everyone who we have a valid email address for and who are subscribed to our newsletters.
The Club are moving towards electronic applications so we encourage you to ensure all your personal details are up to date so you do not miss any important information.
If you think your details have changed or we don't have your email address, you can update us by logging into your online account and amending your address and email details.
Please note any date of birth changes will need to be requested and completed by the Club. You can also call 0871 529 1966 (calls cost 10p per min plus network extras) and talk with a member of our friendly team, visit the ticket office at the stadium or email email@example.com
I am an existing Season Ticket Holder, when can I renew?
Existing Season Ticket Holders must renew by Saturday 1 June 2013 to secure their seat for the 2013/14 season.
When does the special renewal price last until?
Existing Season Ticket Holders can claim the renewal price until 5pm Saturday 15 June, before Season Tickets go on general sale. Please note that as the renewal deadline to keep your seat ends on Saturday 1 June, your existing seat may not be available if you renew after this date.
Will I receive new cards for the 2013/2014 season?
Existing Season Ticket Holders will need to retain the same card used the previous season. New cards will only be sent to anyone who has changed concession or has completed a seat move. Please keep all cards if you are staying in the same seat.
How do I change my seat for next season?
If you wish to change your existing seat you would need to renew the seat you are currently situated in before the renewal deadline. You can then call 0871 529 1966* or attend the ticket office in person between 9am Monday 3 June and 5pm Saturday 8 June to change your seat.
How do I purchase an additional Season Ticket next to me?
Existing Season Ticket Holders wishing to buy additional seats can call 0871 529 1966* or attend the ticket office in person between 9am Monday 10 June and 5pm Saturday 15 June. It is advised you purchase your seat before the renewal deadline and then we can assess your application once the renewals and seat changes are complete.
I was entitled to the 5% loyalty discount over four years, how do I get my discount?
Season Ticket Holders who chose for the 2012/13 season to take the 5% discount for their next four consecutive renewals will have the 5% discount applied at time of purchase.
If renewing online simply login to whufcboxoffice.com with your current Season Ticket client reference number and your discount will display automatically.
If renewing over the phone give your current Season Ticket client reference number and your discount will be applied.
If using a renewal application form, complete the form and return. All relevant discounts will be added when the application is received - you can view the 5% discount prices online here
Please ensure all details are up to date as the Club cannot be held responsible for late or missing applications.
Please note new applicants applying for a disabled or an age-related discount Season Ticket cannot purchase online. You will need to purchase in person at the ticket office or via post. Please ensure all relevant documents are included to ensure your application is completed as soon as possible. The Club cannot be held responsible for any late applications due to missing documents.
Can I renew my Under-10 season ticket online?
With all Under-10 Season Ticket Holders needing to be accompanied by a full paying adult, renewals are only available in person/by post using the renewal form or over the phone by calling the ticket office on 0871 529 1966*.
I am a new applicant, when can I apply?
If applying using the Season Ticket application form you can return your application at any time but allocation of your seat will not be processed, subject to availability, until after Saturday 15 June to allow for renewals, seat changes and additional seat requests.
New applicants are able to buy online or over the phone when Season Tickets go on general sale on Monday 17 June.
How do I join the home cup and away Season Ticket schemes for the 2013/14 season?
For the home cup scheme you can either download a form here and return to the ticket office in person/by post or over the phone by calling 0871 529 1966*. Please have all details to hand when applying to join. Upon joining the scheme you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the cup scheme found on the form.
For the away scheme a form will still need to be completed and returned to the ticket office. These can be downloaded here or requested at the ticket office.
Both schemes are subject to ticket booking fees.
Do my priority points carry over from past seasons?
All priority points will carry over from the Swansea fixture from the start of 2012/13 season. All points are now allocated in this manner where only points from the previous season and the current season will count.

Please note that to qualify for any discount within the store and on tickets you will need to login with your Season Ticket client reference number. This number can be found on your season card.
